HOW DO I PEEL CAVIAR FROM THE NORTH SEA?

Grey shrimp are a real delicacy and not difficult to peel:

  1. With the left hand, take the tail in the middle between thumb and forefinger.
  2. Press the nail of the right thumb into the centre of the tail and bend the back until it slightly snaps.
  3. Squeeze the tail end of the flesh.
  4. With the right hand, pull off the head section.
